I filed a claim a month ago and haven’t received any follow-up. What should I do?
As your insurance broker, we’re here to support you during the claims process. To help us follow up on your behalf, please submit a request through your YouSet account. In your request, include your claim number, the name of your claims adjuster, and their contact information. A member of our team will then reach out to the insurance company to get an update on your claim and follow up with you.

- Follow the steps that appear on the screen
